Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the Wenova app ("the app"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. License

Wenova grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service.

2. The app is free

Wenova is provided free of charge. There are no subscriptions, advertisements, or in-app purchases. We reserve the right to change the availability of the app in the future.

3. Acceptable use

• You agree not to misuse the app or use it for any unlawful purpose.
• You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app, except as permitted by law.
• You are responsible for the content you create or process using the app.

4. Intellectual property

The app, including its design, branding, and software, is owned by Wenova and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wenova shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the app.

7. Apple's role

The app is distributed via Apple's App Store. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content. These Terms are between you and Wenova, not with Apple.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
